What to put in your message

Sort Duel has no account and asks for no email, so we can’t find you by your address. Your alias is how we tell which player you are. Include:

• Your alias
• Your phone model
• The version of iOS or Android on it
• The version of Sort Duel
• What happened, and what you expected to happen

How do I get Premium back?

Premium belongs to the Apple or Google account you bought it with. Sort Duel checks for it every time it starts, and you can also restore it from the Premium screen.

Does Premium turn off every ad?

No. With Premium there are no ads between levels. The optional videos you can watch for coins stay, and the Premium screen says so before you pay.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings, after a confirmation. It can’t be undone: your progress, coins and alias are gone. Premium stays with your Apple or Google account, so the game grants it again the next time it starts. Deleting also takes you off the leaderboards and deletes your recorded runs and your duels.

Can I take my progress to a new phone?

No. Your progress is saved to the cloud, but there is no way to carry it over to another phone.
